les webinaires et &nbsp;<strong>(iv)<\/strong> les Journ\u00e9es professionnelles territoires et m\u00e9tiers.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>M\u00e9thode de formation<\/strong><\/td><td>La m\u00e9thode de formation privil\u00e9gi\u00e9e est <strong>l\u2019andragogie (formation des adultes)<\/strong> en lien avec un emploi\/poste\/fonction exerc\u00e9 dans la collectivit\u00e9.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Dispositif op\u00e9rationnel<\/strong><\/td><td><strong><u>AXE 1<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;: l\u2019adaptation de la formation aux \u00e9volutions normatives, institutionnelles et techniques de la d\u00e9centralisation<\/strong>&nbsp;avec pour objectif de permettre aux acteurs locaux de maitriser le cadre institutionnel et normatif de la d\u00e9centralisation et de l\u2019action publique locale&nbsp;;<strong><u>AXE 2<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;: le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019accompagnement post-formation (appui-conseil) <\/strong>dont l\u2019objectif est de favoriser la capitalisation des actions post-formation&nbsp;;<strong><u>AXE 3<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;: le d\u00e9veloppement de la d\u00e9marche de recherche et d\u2019innovation territoriale <\/strong>dont l\u2019objectif strat\u00e9gique poursuivi est de d\u00e9velopper des d\u00e9marches et des espaces pour former \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution des m\u00e9tiers territoriaux&nbsp; et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation publique locale&nbsp;;<strong><u>AXE 4<\/u><\/strong><strong>&nbsp;: la gouvernance du PNFMV<\/strong><strong> <\/strong>dont l\u2019objectif strat\u00e9gique est de renforcer la performance de la cellule nationale de coordination. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Conditions de formation<\/strong><\/td><td>Les formations du PNFMV se d\u00e9roulent en pr\u00e9sentiel au si\u00e8ge du Programme \u00e0 Yaound\u00e9, ou dans des lieux \u00e0 pr\u00e9ciser dans d\u2019autres localit\u00e9s du pays, ou alors en distanciel. Les formations sont en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral gratuites pour les CTD et les SDE (pas de frais de formation en principe).Les frais p\u00e9dagogiques, les kits\/supports de formation, les repas (pauses caf\u00e9, d\u00e9jeuners) pendant les formations sont pris en charge par le PNFMV.Les OSC sont soumis aux conditions de participation sp\u00e9cifiques. &nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td><strong>Partenaires
